1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of IntelliGlossary for Confluence (the “App”), a Forge app provided by LH Buyer Technology LLC. By installing or using the App, you accept these terms. The App is also subject to the applicable Atlassian Marketplace and Atlassian Cloud terms.
2. License
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on the Atlassian site or sites for which it is licensed, for the duration of your subscription or free entitlement.
3. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the App to violate any law or Atlassian term.
4. Data and page content
The App reads Confluence page content and stores glossary records in Atlassian Forge storage as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data in your Confluence site and for your users’ permissions. The App does not edit user pages.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Glossary output, definition drafting, and exports are informational and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for contractual or safety-critical decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LH Buyer Technology LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the App. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Support
Support is provided through the published Support Policy. Contact lhbuyertech@gmail.com.
8. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend the license for material breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
10. AI provider terms
When an administrator enables the optional AI Definition Assistant, the corresponding provider’s terms apply to the page excerpt the administrator chooses to send. The App does not modify those provider terms.
11. Data Processing Agreement
If LH Buyer Technology processes personal data on your organization’s behalf, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms and governs that processing.
